Body Transformation 8 Week Challenge

Club Fitness – New Year, New You Slimdown

Challenge begins on February 17th and runs for 8 weeks

Due to the limited amount of spots available, we only can accept people who are ready to change their lives and see big results! If that is you, click here to schedule your time to meet with an accountability coach to get started.

What we provide for free:

  • Three (3) group workouts a week taught by a transformation coach, geared towards boosting metabolism and increasing strength (extra classes at 5 dollar drop in rate)
  • Class schedule is Monday, Wednesday, Friday – 6:00am, 9:30am, 7:30pm and Saturday 11:00am
  • Free access to other classes in the group fitness room, geared towards stretching, toning and fat burning (if you have platinum or preferred, you have access to more)
  • Grocery list and tips
  • Restaurant guide and ordering tips
  • Done for you recipes
  • Meal prep instructions

What you provide:

  • Before and After photos (we provide guidelines and show examples) – Must be handed in to a transformation coach by the date provided
  • Before Essay – We will provide guidelines – Must be handed in with Before photos
  • After Essay – Same as above
